Melina is an anchor, producer and field reporter for the Northwestern News Network.
As a field reporter, she writes, shoots and edits news packages weekly, having produced more than 15 stories on the field. As an executive producer for Politicat, NNN's political show focusing on national news, Melina produced weekly panels and newscasts focusing on the upcoming 2022 midterm elections.
Melina also pioneered and produced segments for NNN Around The World, covering international news and localizing them to Chicago's diverse communities.
